Synchronizing energy production and vehicle routing

The emergence of locally produced renewable energies induces the appearance a new generation local energy players, which are at same time producers and consumers. In case dependent solar production, it raises question synchronizing production consumption. We deal here with this issue, in context an experimental Solar Hydrogen (H 2 ) platform. More precisely, we try to simultaneously schedule H fueled vehicle follows pre-computed route while being compelled periodically refuel, micro-plant is required produce related under costs productivity rates, both processes subject storage capacity constraints. order do it, design global dynamic programming (DP) algorithm for resulting NP-Hard problem. This DP involves 2D space links consumption by its micro-plant. Since number states induced becomes issue as soon size problem increases, first propose theoretical Polynomial Time Approximation Scheme (PTAS), next several practical pruning devices finally perform numerical tests check their efficiency.
